        * 2007-06 Gerald and Bettina Grandy request relief from Clear Lake Zoning Rule 154.048 (A) (5) requiring side yard set back

           of 5 feet. They are asking for a side yard set back of 4 1/2 feed on the South side of their property.

The next regular BZA meeting will be February 18, 2008 at 7 pm at the Clear Lake Town Hall located at 5950 Gecowets Drive, Clear Lake IN. The deadline for variance requests is January 29, 2008. The deadline for issues not requiring public notice is February 11, 2008.
