Minutes of the September 24, 2007 Meeting

Present:            Ron Kummer, President

                        Jon Fitzenrider, Vice President

                        Mike Long

                        Bob Bruick

                        Gerry McArdle

                        Neil Blythe, Town Attorney

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 by Ron Kummer, President. The President announced that the purpose of the special meeting was to consider additional BZA rules.

 Proposed BZA  rule number 6, 'Conduct of Public Hearings' was presented. A public discussion including input from Dan Hoagland was held.

Gerry McArdle made a motion seconded by Mike Long to approve the addition to the BZA rules as presented. Amendment passed 5-0.

Gerry McArdle made a motion to adjourn and seconded by Jon Fitzenrider. Vote was 5-0

The next BZA meeting will be Monday, October 15, 2007 .
