Minutes of the October 6, 2008 Special Meeting

Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM by Jon Fitzenrider.

Members present:
                          Jon Fitzenrider, Vice President
                          Jerry McArdle
                          Mike Long
                          Christopher Folland


The Board was advised by Town Attorney Neal Blythe that the Board needed to nominate a secretary for the remainder of the 2008 term.

Christopher Folland nominated Jerry McArdle to serve as BZA Secretary. The nomination was seconded by Mike Long. No additional nominations were made.
A vote on the nomination was taken. The Board voted 4-0 to elect Jerry McArdle as BZA Secretary.

There being no additional business, Jerry McArdle made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion to adjourn was seconded by Mike Long. The Board voted 4-0 to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:43 PM.
