Minutes of the April 7, 2008 meeting:
The meeting was called to order by President Paul Federspiel. It was
determined that a quorum was present.
The minutes of the January 7, 2008 meeting were read. On motion duly made and
seconded, the minutes were approved as read.
Old Business:
A report on the status of the Ordinance review steering committee was given
by Larry Armstrong. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 5:30
P.M.
Codification Status: no report
New Business:
Election of Plan Commission Officers for the 2008 term. William Geiger was
nominated as president and Paul Federspiel was nominated as vice-president..
Nominations were closed. William Geiger was elected President and Paul
Federspiel was elected Vice-President. Bruce R. Snyder was then appointed as
Secretary.
There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission, the meeting
was adjourned.
