Minutes of the September 22, 2008 special meeting.
The meeting was called to order by President, William Geiger. Also present were
Bob Lewis, Mike Long, and Gerry McArdle. Also present was Bruce R. Snyder,
Secretary and Neal Blythe, Town Attorney. There were present 19 interest Clear
Lake residents.
The minutes of the July 7, 2008 meeting were read and on motion Bob Lewis and
seconded by Mike Long were approved as presented.
New Business:
A summary of proposed Ordinance 2008-10 was made by the Town Attorney. The
proposed ordinance would delete subparagraph A in sections 154.031, 032, 033,
and 034 of the Clear Lake Zoning Ordinance. On motion by Bob Lewis and seconded
by Jerry McArdle, it was moved that the meeting be recessed and opened for a
public hearing. The Motion passed. 3 residents raised multiple questions
concerning the proposed ordinance which were answered by the Commission member.
No further residents having questions or comments, on motion by Bob Lewis and
seconded by Jerry McArdle, the public hearing was closed and the meeting
resumed.
The commission had do further discussion and on motion by Jerry McArdle and
seconded by Mike Long, it was moved that the Commission recommend to the Town
Council the passage of proposed Ordinance 2008-10. Motion passed.
Old Business: None
There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission, on motion
duly made and seconded the meeting was adjourned.
