OLD BUSINESS

Following Larry Armstrong’s congratulations for being appointed Partner in the law firm, Neal Blythe reported on the legal situations. (Some of the comments were difficult to understand.)

The DNR, by letter to the town, requested the removal of the dock on the lake at Terrace Gardens, and a charge of $1,000 a day fine if not done. The town does not feel responsible for the dock since it had no part in installing the dock. The DNR has offered to make a presentation to the town on the dock situation.
