For the PDF's: PDF version, Please allow 60-90 seconds for the first page to appear on your screen. The Adobe web site has free updates for your Acrobat Reader software.
HTLM Pages: on the Menu go to File, Page Setup and pick Landscape. For 90 % of web pages on the internet landscape is better for printing. Also set margins for .5 when possible this will make it so IE7 does not shrink the page to fit on the paper, and the older versions will not cut right side of the page when printing.
