Paving is tentatively scheduled for September 27, 30 and October 1.
This schedule could be impacted by weather and other factors but the grant funding is dependent on completing the project on time.
Please do not remove or move barricades or flags marking utilities.
2024 Garbage & Recycling Calendar
REMINDER:
If you are going to have extra garbage bags sitting outside your garbage receptacle for pickup, an "Extra Bag" sticker is required. Washler informed us that they will not be picking up any bags with out the "Extra Bag" stickers on them. Stickers are available at the Town Hall for $2 per sticker.
Grinder Facts for Power Outage:
Please be aware, if you are on a generator and your grinder is not powered from your home, your grinder will not work during a power outage. Use water sparingly!!
What To Do With Your Branches & Sticks:
Town of Clear Lake does not haul away branches and sticks. Please remember to avoid adding sticks, and rock

New Indiana Law specific to Clear Lake affects boating zone.
*Boats and those in their tow need to stay 50 feet beyond all buoys.
*If no buoy yet, then 100 feet from docks or other stationary objects.
*Remember inside of this distance, idle speed is required.
*The new special boating zone creates an idle zone 300 feet from shore along Point P
New Indiana Law specific to Clear Lake affects boating zone.
*Boats and those in their tow need to stay 50 feet beyond all buoys.
*If no buoy yet, then 100 feet from docks or other stationary objects.
*Remember inside of this distance, idle speed is required.
*The new special boating zone creates an idle zone 300 feet from shore along Point Park Drive, compared to the 200 feet from shore for the rest of the lake.
*The association buoys help to identify safe distances from shore
